Currently, Pascal is a member of the ViCAFE Executive Team and is responsible for Retail channels (B2B & E-Commerce), Green Coffee Sourcing, the ViCAFE Roastery and Sustainability. Before joining the company he was looking after the European Specialty Department of Volcafe and spent a year on Mondul Coffee Estate in Tanzania to learn the basics about coffee farming and the export business.

Serafina Luginbühl | Finance & Business Development Manager, Kaffeezentrale Switzerland

Serafina Luginbühl entered the family business Kaffeezentrale Switzerland shortly before the start of the Corona pandemic. Her background in finance equips her well to bring new perspectives to the predominantly online sales business founded more than 20 years ago by Caroline and Armin Luginbühl. She oversees the development of new business channels, process improvement, communications, HR and accounting. Kaffeezentrale pioneered online selling of high quality coffee and whatever is needed for its preparation at home or in the office. Hence, this made them uniquely prepared to power through these challenging times.
