Jenny Bonchak is the Founder & CEO of two pioneering brands in the beverage space -- Slingshot Coffee Co. and Needs & Wants. She’s a national award-winning Barista, Southern Living’s 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year and a Fellow for the 2018-2019 class of Coca-Cola’s Founders Forum. She’s also the recipient of the inaugural 2019 Sprudge20 Award, presented to the 20 most influential Specialty Coffee professionals around the world. Jenny lives in Raleigh, NC, with her partner in life and business, Jonathan, and their beagle, Frank.

Maya Ives Crowley | Owner and Operator, Uncommon Coffee

Maya Ives Crowley is the owner/operator or Uncommon Coffee in Essex Junction, Vermont. She can be found working behind the bar most days, but loves to volunteer and knit in her spare time. She currently serves on the US Chapter of the SCA and volunteers for Getchu Some Gear. She also had the honor of participating in GlitterCat Barista's Digi2tion in 2021, as well as Go Fund Bean's Bean to Bean program. For Maya, volunteering and engagement in her local community are key parts of how she participates in the industry and achieves fulfillment in coffee as a whole.

Sam Magtanong | Housekeeping Director, Mostra Coffee

Sam Magtanong is a Filipino-American entrepreneur, business-owner, Army veteran, philanthropist, husband to his childhood sweetheart of over 23 years and father of 6 children.

He is a founder, co-owner, and self-titled housekeeping director of Mostra Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster and cafe retailer in San Diego, California, and the recipient of the 2020 Micro Roaster of the Year award by ROAST Magazine.

Sam is passionate about helping Leaders increase their positive impact to their families, organizations and society and experience more happiness and success through authentic, intuitive, empathic, and inspirational leadership.
